Post-Construction Cleaning

From Job Site
to Opening Day.

Final cleanup after the trades leave — drywall dust, adhesive residue,
protective film and debris cleared so the space is ready to hand over

Why It Matters

Construction Dust Doesn't Settle. It Moves.

Drywall dust works its way into ceiling grids, HVAC vents, window tracks and light fixtures, and keeps resurfacing for weeks if the first clean is done too lightly. Our post-construction work is staged from the top down, so a surface is never cleaned twice and the space you hand over stays clean once the doors open.
What Gets Cleared

Rough Clean, Final Clean, Touch-Up

Serious post-construction work happens in three passes, not one. A rough clean once heavy debris is out, a final clean after the last trade leaves, and a touch-up right before walkthrough — so the fingerprints and dust from the punch list don't end up in your handover photos.

Ready for handover.

Tell us your completion date — we’ll build the cleaning schedule backward from it.
